IS / GIS implementation is a process, consisting of the following steps:

1. situational analysis - user activities and GIS needs are assessed and defined, IS / GIS concept is planned and agreed upon
2. design of a system - IS structure is designed, project implementation stages and tasks are planned
3. project implementation - hardware and software is purchased, software applications are designed, legal documents and specifications prepared, GIS database is designed
4. user training is delivered - client will learn how to quickly and efficiently implement and use IS/GIS functions
5. testing of the system at the client's site is performed
6. technical support and consulting - technical support agreement is made to provide further IS/GIS technical support. On the basis of the agreement, user is enabled to receive all software updates during 1 year.
